AmeriHealth Be of Service Award

Nominate an organization or individual for our Be of Service Award

We believe strengthening our communities helps create healthier futures for everyone. The AmeriHealth Be of Service Award recognizes individuals and organizations for their service to others in their communities. Whether it’s through community service, excellence in philanthropy, or other charitable efforts, we want to hear about it. There are two Be of Service award categories — Corporate Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Nominations are open to New Jersey residents 18 years of age and older.

Past recipients of the Be of Service Award include Raise the Bar (2024 Corporate Citizen of the Year) and Angela Krukauskas (2024 Volunteer of the Year). We continue to be inspired by their work to improve the health and well-being of citizens across the Garden State.

Corporate Citizen of the Year

Recognizes local companies, nonprofits, or small businesses that have gone above and beyond for the community, with a consistent history of programming or volunteer efforts that benefit the health and well-being of others.

Volunteer of the Year

Recognizes an individual who has committed their time and effort to volunteering or other philanthropic initiatives. This person works to address the needs of their community and make an impact.
